“Eclipse Part I and II” capture deux facettes distinctes d’une même personne, explorant la dualité de l’être humain à travers le jeu de l’ombre et de la lumière.
Dans la première partie de l’éclipse, notre modèle Stéphanie apparaît de profil, baignée dans une douce lumière qui révèle un sourire radieux. Cette image, évoquant l’œuvre de Yousuf Karsh, saisit un moment de joie pure et authentique. Le jeu d’ombre et de lumière souligne les contours du visage, créant une atmosphère chaleureuse et intime qui célèbre la beauté de l’instant présent.
La seconde partie explore une facette plus introspective. Le regard tourné vers le haut et la main levée évoquent une quête, une aspiration vers l’inconnu. L’éclairage dramatique, rappelant les techniques de Rembrandt, sculpte les traits et accentue l’intensité de l’expression. In the first part of the eclipse, our model Stéphanie appears in profile, bathed in soft light that reveals a radiant smile. This image, reminiscent of Yousuf Karsh‘s work, captures a moment of pure, authentic joy. The interplay of light and shadow accentuates the contours of the face, creating a warm and intimate atmosphere that celebrates the beauty of the present moment.
The second part delves into a more introspective aspect. The upward gaze and raised hand evoke a quest, an aspiration towards the unknown. The dramatic lighting, reminiscent of Rembrandt’s techniques, sculpts the features and intensifies the expression. This image prompts reflection on the depth of the human soul and our constant search for meaning.
The delicate necklace worn in both photos acts as a connecting thread, symbolizing the continuity between these two emotional states.
